Refund Policy

If you are signed up for monthly/weekly coaching, you can terminate your coaching

program at any time. For monthly/weekly coaching you will be charged every

month/week automatically until you cancel.

 

 

In the event that you do not want to continue your coaching, please advise me either through the coaching app or email me at reuben.querimit@gmail.com at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date. It is your responsibility to know when your billing date is. Ask me if you aren't sure.

 

 

If your card has been charged and you wanted to cancel but you did not cancel in

time and you want a refund. You will receive a partial refund and you will be charged

a 35% late cancellation fee on the amount that was charged if it is within 24 hours

since the payment has been processed. If it's been more than 24 hours, you will not

receive a refund but credit for coaching that you can use anytime.

 

 

NOTE: If you just signed up and changed your mind within 24 hours of signing up

and want a refund, policy is the same as above! You will receive a partial refund and

you will be charged a 35% cancellation fee. If it's been more than 24 hours, you will

not receive a refund but credit for coaching.
